Keep getting Arrears on my account and balance never goes down. No one from Lewis can explain why

<p>I have have paid my account up to date but your system keeps saying I have arrears that no one can explain. My Balance keeps going up because this. This is also affectiving my credit record. On the 02/10/2016 I paid R1200 and it said I have R408 arrears. I then used my Card to swap R409 to settle the arrears, 3min later reciept came saying I have R1199 arrears and balance went up. No one seems to know whats happening. I logged a call with your head Office *** I was told there was a delay on the system then today I get a call asking me when am I going to pay outstanding amount. I have been paying this account for over a year and the Balance just keeps going up. Why?</p>
