Hope you can urgently assist as i have been struggling with this issue for 3 months! We in the new year now!

I bought a bed and couch on credit and the wrong couch was delivered. Arrangements had to be made for the delivery guys to come collect the couch and manager in the store kept telling me about shortage of drivers.

I have been back and forth with them and i’ve run out of patience.

First debit collected now i’m forced to pay for a couch i never wanted which is an inconvenience for me.

There’s no sense of urgency. I call and leave messages for the manager to call and she never returns my calls.

I need help PLEASE
