Very very bad service. Open account 5 September 2020. Done 2 payments and still didn't received one off my items. Yesterday I call customer service. The branch manager of Pretoria North phone me and. Said they will not get stock and can they replaced it with something else. No problem. He promise he will phone me early this morning, 7 November 2020 so they can arranged delivery. No phone call received. I phone the Pretoria North branch to speak to him. Time 12h40 but they keep on transferring to one another and suddenly everyone is the store manager amazing... Then the last guy said the store manager is off today... Then I phoned customer service and on there message it said they working until 13h00 on a Saterday also not true. I phoned 12h49 and no availible staff to assist... Really how pethitic is it... Store manager is useless and don't keep to his promises. ***ste service ooit!
