It is very disappointing the way Monarch Insurance people with Lewis group complaints department people handled my complaint and unfortunately I'm not gona leave it, if I dnt get help I wil escalate it even further.

Customer service is their last priority, as for their complaints department sent me an email saying they can't find the deceased details on the system and it ends there.
