It is rude to ignore people.
I am appalled by the service from Lewis Eldorado park. For over 3 weeks ive been struggling to get someone to come and inspect my bed. I bought a bed 3 months ago and the bed is hurting our bodies.I spoke to the store manager that keeps promising me someone will call me but to date no one has called. It looks like i'm being stalled for some reason which i believe is unacceptable. I need someone to come and inspect this so called restonic bed and remove it from my house because it is not a good quality bed. I have tried to reach out many times and i feel that i am being made a fool by Lewis stores and Aldo the store manager of Eldorado park.

I feel you guys should have told me that you are fetching the bed for me to make arrangements instead of me getting home and no bed.
Please cancel the whole agreement and refund my sister the monies as i bought a bed already.
