it appears that their priorities lie solely with securing commissions and installment, neglecting the clients actual usage and needs

I took furniture at Lewis store in Grahamstown High Street on credit on 29 November 2025, before i can finalise the credit I told them I am going to Queenstown so I will need the furniture to be delivered in Queenstown. they pushed for the deal to closed promising I will get the goods delivered by the stores in Queenstown. I was told they will do follow up to ensure everything is sorted. I was charged delivery fees on the contract and the goods were not delivered I collected them myself. there are still pending goods to be delivered which are microwave and coffee table, I was promised they will be delivered within a month which that was DEC 2024, In January there was no feedback given to me about the progress of the products delivery. I followed up several times I was promised to be given feedback but nothing until I logged a complaint ref 913541 which I still have to do follow up on it no one is giving me feedback. the Grahamstown high street branch only care about making sales and getting the commission also the head office they only care about getting the installment on the collection date. they only have my correct number when they want the sale after the sale when they supposed to give me feedback, they claim they did not have my correct number
