I bought a queen size bed at Lewis khayelitsha mall before April 2025. I am not not cerfitied with it because it's not even 6 months and the bed springs starting to make noise. I went to store to speak with the sales man named Nicholas but he was not available. I spoke with a supervisor named Olwethu and explained the matter to him. He then send came to my house while I was at work, took pictures of the bed and send them to their supplier. I then asked him to feel what I felt with noise that the spring are making. He said I should send him a video which I did, I don't him that the bed is not comfortable and it's hurting my back. I stay alone and I'm not always at home for that matter because I'm always out with work. All I want is Lewis to change the mattress because I did explain to the sales man that I was involved in a car accident so I need something comfortable for my back pain.

I was told to go and speak to the manager which I find useless because I've already spoke with the supervisor, why can't he speak with his manager. Please assist me with this matter as it gets out of hand.
