irate customer

My name is Nomfundo Simelane i recently purchased goods at Lewis stores Daveyton Mayfield Square

I a a very upset and dissatisfied customer, i app**** for credit at Lewis which was then granted but after taking time off work yesterday as they requested for me to come into the branch to sign the contract the person who was supposed to give the authorization code refused to do so and offered me a much lower deal which i was not happy with, from R44300 to R15000 meanwhile i had already selected the goods i needed, from taking time of my day and then giving permission for a Debi check i left the shop disappointed .

All well and fine i ended up getting a deal of R25 000 no problem i accepted and took another day off to go and sign the contract and then make sure i am available at home for the delivery of which delivery as per your adverti*****t is same day delivery, now i am being told the Van with the delivery guy is nowhere to be found and mind you i left the shop today at 10am and was advised that he went to the warehouse to collect the goods now the time is 16:55pm and there is still no sign of the delivery guy, now tell me am i supposed to take time off again at work to wait for a delivery which will not arrive as tomorrow is Friday and they will probably be in a rush to knock off.

When i ask where the delivery is no one knows where the person is now tell me from 9am till 16:55pm he went to the warehouse, how far can the warehouse be to take a whole day. I was very happy with the service and staff at the Mayfield square, Daveyton branch but i am very upset and disappointed about the delivery, i would appreciate if you would have a solution then as to how and when i will get my goods and please do not tell me there must be someone available to accept my goods because there is no one, i live alone and i will not have anyone except for me accept the goods i will be paying for, should anything be damaged or lost i will be the one liable to pay.
