******ion and ************.

My 79 year old Mother had 3 men walk into her house yesterday sent by Bears/Lewis furniture from your Butterworth Branch in the Eastern Cape. They were there to collect instalments of an account she paid off end of March this year. Let’s first start with this, when did stores go to people’s houses to collect instalments? Secondly, I am waiting for a copy of the contract that she signed in 2021 for the furniture she bought at the store as the lady who called her by the name of Khanyisa alleges that the account has not been paid up and yet she sent all the documents of her payments with these three man who were there. I have asked her to open a case at the nearest police station as this is taboo to me. I’m coming to this platform to request that I be sent this contract that these people are claiming is still running even though the faded contract my mother has says it ended in March with her last PAID instalment.

I am still yet to go to the fact that no due diligence was done by the Butterworth branch when they opened an account for a then 75 year old woman who was incapacitated( I have her power of attorney)….

Looking forward to your investigation and response.

Good day,

Not quite, as I still await for documentation to that effect. I have not received any letter from Lewis i.e. paid up letter.
