interest rip-off on prescribed matter

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I kept on receiving calls from Lewis Stores really irritating me.</p> <p>I have already raised prescription regarding this matter, in which no one had a clue what that meant, including thier branch manager.</p> <p>I doubt if these people are registered with Debt Collecting Act, some of them have been attempting to collect from third parties, such as my Dad and my Brother.</p> <p>POPI Act, clearly stipulates that no one shall be exposed to my personal affairs without me giving permission.</p> <p>I have been dealing with Hennie Booyse(lewis regional manager) he/she promised to send someone to my place to sort this issue out, till to date nothing.</p> <p>I will never pay anyt cent towards this account until lewis responds to my query.</p> <p>Regards<br />Thabang<br />Cell num ********** <br />ID num: ********** 255081</p>
