Insurance claim

As long standing customer am disappointed with particularly the manager in Mabopane Lewis who was rude. They refused to assist me since I just lost my job due to company closes. But every time when we pay instalment they include insurance but now am in need for their assistance but they turned their back since now am no longer the valued customer
