Inspire ********** Account still affect my Experian credit score

After investigating and concluding that it was a ********** account in my name, Lewis stores still failed to remove my name from credit bureau.

It has been a month and my name still appear in Experian credit report. This is affecting my credit score and i want to buy a house. please remove my name from the credit bureau
