Increase in taking Ownership

Good day All I hope you are all well? This is part 2 of the "Taking of Ownership" last week I spoke to Carol and Thami they were very friendly and easy to speak with. As soon as I loaded my first review these guys were immediately on the issue. I am still not on the system in order to collect my commission. This was due to technical issues on my side as my phone is busy breaking down. After a lengthy conversation with Thami we decided to connect yesterday. The outcome was positive and the ball is in motion I am hoping to resolve the matter by Friday. But I must say that these guys were efficient and effective so I am eating them 3 stars.
