Incorrect settlement amount

Hi I emailed Lewis asking for my settlement letter and they sent it but to my surprise the amount still amounts to the amount payable in 36months why did they not decrease the amount like they should, why am I being charged interest for the coming 36monts while I'm settling the account within a year? According to my knowledge settlement fees need to be lesser than what you would be paying for 36 months. The settlement they sent the brach code is for First rand and not FNB like they stated on the settlement. I went to the shop they told me to call head office which is what I did but they lady was clue less and could not help I'm really tired of Lewis and I'm pleading with to send me the correct settlement letter with the right amount and correct banking details.
