Inconsistence

Hey I am not happy with what's happening.i took furniture at lewis in tlhabane Square in December n they did debit check so it can go off automatically. Funny enough Feb the 1st it didn't go through I had to send one of the agents money to pay for me.this month the same thing again .they inconvenience me I went to lewis here in jhb they said I must pay to the branch where I took the finiture .now they are calling me like it's my fault .do I continue sending money to agents then tmrw they will say I ddnt pay ? M really not happy I must go to rusty so they do debit mandate again. M not happy
