*********** and Bullying

Lewis Store Hammanskraal, Jubilee Mall has very rude and *********** staff members and are proud of harassing customers. Twice this year I received a call from one of the consultants who refuses to disclose her name from the store. The first call was during lockdown when she called to follow up on a payment of my account which was paid but she still called and only reasoned that its lock down and they don’t have access to their systems, they are working from home. So, my question to her was does working from home implies that due diligence should be conducted with customers not internally first? They were not the only employees working from home, I was also working from home but I don’t recall harassing customers. Everything was checked internally first before keeping in touch with external people. Today again she calls re a payment that has been processed and she goes and be extremely rude by requesting my BANK STATEMENT. That is a highest disrespect ever. Instead of requesting proof of payment she requests my BANK STATEMENT. I have never heard of such ever in my entire life. I wont allow *********** staff to bully me. 13 January 2020 it also sent its two employees in the early hours to follow up on a payment at home? Like I do not understand how they work and why don’t they check their systems first for payments. They must first sort out their issues internally before keeping in touch with employees. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase at that store ever.
