INCOMPETENCY!!!

I've been harassed by Lewis Richards Bay to open an account and buy from them. I've received endless call, WhatApp's etc just so that I could come in-store and buy! I ended up purchasing a few things account, sat the madrid 3 seater couch and told them that I want the exact same one (same colour) that's on their brochure. They didn't have it in stock, so they got it from Eshowe, Lewis.

To my surprise a lighter brown madrid 3 seater couch arrived at my house with a different suede fabric altogether!! Contacted them and they assured me that, that was the same one in the brochure!! I was like uhm okay? Maybe I can just get use to the colour I HATED, anyway I decided to purchase another one by them! Big mistake! I specifically told the salesman to MAKE SURE IT'S THE EXACT SAME COLOUR (same shade of brown).

Can it be that Lewis Richards Bay dropped off the VERY SHADE OF BROWN THAT I INITIALLY WANTED; THAT I SAW ON THE BROCHURE??!! The answer is Yes! After making me feel silly, the right one finally came, only thing is I'm sitting with TWO different shades of brown and TWO different suede couches! Contacted them again to inform them, they seemed irritated with me when I called the first time, no apology, no nothing! Called again and asked to speak to the manager, she just laughed it off as though it was some sort of joke! She made sacastic statements, like and I quote "What's your problem?'

I'm really hurt and feel that Lewis Richards Bay didn't care if I was upset. After telling me they'll get me the one I wanted the first time round tomorrow, I was then contacted by them telling me that I will receive the other one on Tuesday because more (Saturday) is a short day.

I feel that as soon as they close the deal and get you to sign on the dotted line, their customer service just gets worse.

WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AND WON'T ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO.
