I submitted an insurance claim on 28/01/2021 with claim reference CL124520 and have been waiting for feedback since then, I have gone to the shop in Durban Road in Bellvile for feedback and was told that there is no feedback as yet, I have called them again today @ 8:00 for feedback and was told the claims department will call me back after an hour its now 13:31 and I am still waiting for the call, I called again but the customer care number ***was never answered.
