Incompetence

Pathetic service with staff who dont know how to check how much a customer owes...all this incompetence started or i only saw it after i lost my job (i had acc insurence)i was let go and the said i had to be retrenched for the insurence to pay my acc...was still paying the 3yrs that i was unemployed then without warning,email,text o a call let alone a call, i was told my acc was with debt review. No one bothered to tell me o let me know but i was going there every mnth paying. Now i pay straight cz i contacted HO to get my overall amount that i owe and im 2 mnths from finishing it
