Incmpettency

I'm honestly tired of calling in to ask this company to update my account, it only gets fixed for a month and go back to being in areas, what is wrong with the team that updates credit berau??? In actual fact Iam paying ahead there is no ways that my account can be in areas, you guys are affecting our credit scores, we want to buy cars and house, I'm honestly disappointed that such a big furniture shop is soooo ***********, there is no way I'm taking anything again from this shop.. Would rather go to Russell's or other stores, bears and Lewis u are the worst!!!!!
