Incapable staff

In my life i have never seen people so incapable when "doing their job"!! This is my second review regarding Lewis not allocating my payments...are these people blind or can they simply just not do the job?? Ive send every last POP but still they claim my account is in arrears! Close all the Lewis stores down you will do the public a favour!! 😡
