Immediately refund- 216 Lewis Stores King Williams Town

I have bought a queen bed on the 1 of December 2021 and sales person was Mambhele and Cashier was Yonela Jonas. I have communicated with Manange know as Nola and Acting manager called Mapule. The service of the store is very poor as I have been following up for my bed the whole month December 2021. They always came with empty promises but now I am no longer interested to buy their bed. I want a refund as I have sent request on the 4 January 2022 and still no update. The slogan on the company's says "same day delivery" surely that is the trick to sell client lies. I am not pleased with their communication, service from. Manager to sales person as ther are the to just transfer calls and not to solve problems that they create. I would like my money to be refunded before Wednesday 19 January 2022 if not I will escalate the matter to the Police Station.
