I'm not happy with Lewis stores

O bought wardrobe and chest of drawers at Lewis in less than 6 months they were broken I went to the store a few times to complain with no luck , I called head office I complain and still no response. A months ago I bought a laptop on arrival it was broken I returned it immediately with the transport guy. I paid month end for a laptop I don't have ìm going to pay again a 2nd installment of a Laptop I don't have
