I'm not happy as I'm their customer

I'm very disappointed with the service we got from Lewis as a customers alright I bought furniture from them some of them was have a demages that was a reason to cancel sub1 contract and that contract was already have a payment of one month I called them and asked what going to happen with that amount and they said that money was transferred to sub2 contract as a payment of march but yesterday they took another one from my bank account so due to my complain they called me today and asked me which money I'm complaining for because the money that reflect on Their system is that one they transferred to sub2 and I asked them a question that if the payment of February and march wasn't reflecting in their side why they didn't not called me as a proof that I'm not paying. So all I need is a fair can I have back my December payment because is not even the same with the new deal contract
