******* AND ********* BEHAVIOR

Following a complaint I posted at Hellopeter against Lewis Stores Barberton I received an email from Lewis Stores indicating that the enquiry has been removed from the credit bureau. I am not satisfied about this response in that at first the manager of Lewis Stores Barberton refused denied that such an enquiry had been made. Furthermore I am still in the dark as to why was the credit enquiry as I have never approached the shop to get credit or open an account. Somebody in that shop called my wife to enquire as to whether she knew me. When I called the manager she denied anyone having phoned my wife. The number on my wife's cell was the office number of Lewis Stores. Subsequent to this a credit enquiry was made by Lewis Stores. This is an ********* and ******* especially in a country where there is massive ***** and identity theft. I deserve a better response from Lewis Stores. This is not acceptable.
