Identity theft

Identity theft committed on my identity number by Thuli Valencia Hlongwane in Leandra Mpumalanga at Lewis stores account number ***02 reported the ***** to Lewis support group in Capetown and I sent them my identity copy certified and my affidavit as well as my credit report that I got from old mutual that alerted me that someone is using my identity number to help herself with my id number as requested by Lewis stores i sent them all this but nothing has been done the reference number for Lewis store is 753368 and I spoke to Bonang hellopeter please assist
