I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LEWIS STORES AGAIN

When I app**** for the account, the sales lady said she needs my banking details so that they can do a debit order.<br> <br> Then all is done and then I get to the first payment and asked them why is the money not going out of my account, and then the stories start that they don't do debit orders and so on and so on.<br> <br> I skipped the payment as I was in Africace for work, and paid the full amount to bring the account up to date, then when I check my Transunion and then find out that they have not updated their payments with the credit bureaus. <br> <br> Then I call the branch and theuy are so arrogant and said I must call Lewis head office. Then I called them and the lady assured me that it will be sorted out.<br> <br> Today I get a call from Nazreen where she is trying to patronize me and is not sympathetic towards my sutuation and then tries to get up in my face. Is that customer service??? Because if that's customer service, then I will never do business with Lewis and will advise EVERYONE else to stay away
