I was approved but I didn't receive the product it was not delivered to my address

I apply for credit they approved me with credit limit of R9000 fot a laptop an they call me to come to the store at Lewis Pretoria Paul Kruger street then I signed the contract they said to me the laptop will be delivered within 2 working days then they said we must take pictures of you an your car that you working with they did that taking the pictures of myself an my car then they said one of the consultants from head office will call you for varyfication they called me an ask for my account numbers to do the debit order an said to me am approved I must wait fir delivery...then the following day the store assistant Jacob he send me a whtaspp massage saying am not honest I was surprised wht is realy going on I called the store I told them where is my delivery I have not yet received it now it's Bern 4 days they ignored me an my calls ..they never cone back am not happy with Lewis I feel like am ****med they betrayed me am not happy Lewis is a **** please assist
