I want to say we were extremely unhappy with the damaged bed that was delivered to us from your Twin City Store in Heidesal Bloemfontein. We battled for a period of 10+ days to have the problem resolved with many promises but no positive outcome. I eventually called customer care at your Head Office and my complaint was logged immediatley. The very same day your Area Manager Zurika called me and by 19h30 of the same day my new bed was delivered. I thank Zurika for her fantastic help and our problen was resolved without any further delay. Now I wil give a 5⭐️ replh. Thank you.
