I want my Refund Lewis please.

Last year October I lay-bought a Fridge at Lewis, I paid about R 500. Yesterday the 13th of January 2025 I went into the store to cancel the Lay-by and for them to refund me, only to be told that they don't have cash and I should come back the following day. Today, now as I'm typing this review I'm at Lewis and they are telling me the same thing that they don't have cash and I should speak to the person who assisted me when I was opening the Lay-by, the said person is not around and they just looking at me telling me that I should call her. I just want my money please. What kind of store doesn't have cash on them this time of the day at 16:37??? Mxm.
