I want my refund

Went to Lewis M. Plain Station on the 6th of May 2024. I laybyed a cupboard costing R6500 left deposit of R2500. I advised the sales consultant that I will need the cupboard month end May 31/05/2024. They don't have it in stock I went on the 25/05 to collect my refund, it was not given to me. I have tried numerous times to chase then no help at all they offer callbacks and not get back to me. I have tried customer service the same thing.. All I want is my laybye money, they failed to deliver the item, now they giving me a run around with my money. Requested their head office number no response. ps, I have whatsapp conversations with Joseph their sales consultant.
