I want my money back or new sofas!

I bought sofas last year on the 04th of February 2023 I'm still paying for them. The condition of the sofas is really bad that I even went to your store to complain about it only for them to take the sofas on the 05th of October 2023 for repairs and brought them back on the 26th of October 2023 without repairs and they came back with even worse condition that I even can't use them. I'm requesting for new sofas or may I please cancel my contact and get my money back. May you please check my contract and please note that I've never ever missed a payment. NB! THE SOFAS ARE IN A VERY BAD CONDITION SINCE THEY'VE RETURNED I CANT USE THEM!

In the mean time what do I do with those sofas? And I'm supposed to pay! I told the branch manager that I'm going to X repo and he said "OK".
