I want my money back as soon as possible.

They asked me to make a payment via branch and also debited on my account . The branch said once i make a payment the debit wont take the money. How i am suppose to pay my bills ..i have things to do with that money please pay back my money.the customer service department didnt say anything important on when i am going gt back my refund. The landlord want his money its month end. You got your money pay back my money i dont want to chase you. I emailed you no one responded to my email. Lewis do the right thing. The technology has improved in south africa .there is something called immediate payment. I am expecting my money by end of the week please.
