I pay lewis every month but my account is showing arrears.

My account has since been handed over and i have paid as i have proof and Lewis stores is not contacting me? So accounts are just handed over even if you paid. I honestly regret the day i took out this account. They treat me like a ******** and yet i do pay. I am the only customer who isnt allowed to pay by the 1st because roodepoort branc has their own rules. And now its quiet. No response since my hello peter review and it wasnt dealt at all since my review last month.
