I opened a account with them last year feb which i took a bed and a washing machine which im happy with the machine bt as for the bed its sounding like its 5 years old and i mst still pay for it 2more years so i went to lay a complain and its been 4 months already bt they cant assist me last week friday i went again they said they gna give me a new contract so i mst choose a new bed i dd that signed the contract bt still i have not recieved any news on the bed the manager cant so nothing they do not call me for follow ups i need to call them and go to the store everyweek during my lunch time what advice can you guys give me please
