I need to be removed from credit bureau

Hi, I've been owing Lewis store for a sum of R1100 and I've paid, got the paid up letter directly from the branch but still now it shows that I am owing them on my credit score. It serve as a hindrance because I can't purchase anything on finance or installment nor even make a loan.
