I HATE LEWIS STORES

Last year I was approached by a salesman from Lewis Lenasia named Ashley to see if I qualify for an account. I qualified and was asked to come to the branch, while there we spent 3 hours there busy with the account and was told that their head office doesn't work after 1pm. We left without the items regardless of them not wanting us to pay cash for the upfront payment we had to go deposit it into the bank so we could swipe for your convenience even though we were promised it would take an hour and we would leave with the items. They then promised to deliver the next day and I was informed they cant create a debit order from my Discovery bank account which was my main bank account. They then put it on a secondary account and even though I asked for the debit to go off on the 20th of each month they would take it on random days other than the 20th remember that this was a secondary account. When debit bounced, they came to my house the Lady (Manager) Mantwa came banging on my gate and screaming in the street while I was in church that the neighbours told me she later came with TATA SCOOTER he is a debt collector to collect the cash where my partner then went to draw cash and gave it to them. The second month the same thing happened and this time the sales guy Ashley and the debt collector went to my parents' house before coming to mine as I don't use my secondary account another debit ate into the money so they were unable to debit I was not aware that the debit did not go off and again after the 20th. We again went to draw the cash and paid them in cash in 2025. I then got a hold of a very understanding older man named Gary who helped set up the debit on the correct account he then informed me to rather deal with him which was pleasant until this year when they said he no longer works there and yet again showed up at my gate saying I only paid my account for 3 months which was the recorded successful debit orders but none of the cash payments I made was recorded. I was given slips out of a book which they hold the copies of and are saying that they want the goods back because I did not pay. I am going to the cops with this and to social media as I called numerous times to head office and unable to speak to anyone at head office besides agents who can log calls this is *****ulent and I will break those items Infront of them if they are collecting for their own error and people who stole the cash payments. I have so much regret for taking out this account and head office says to speak to the branch but none of the people there are polite they are all rude I don't know if they had previous bad experience with people and painting me with the same brush but I will continue to expose them until i get called and answers from the correct people
