I bought quite a few items at Lewis store in Kuilsriver and they were very quick to open the account and bent over backwards to get the sale. But the after sales is beyond pathetic. I received a washing machine that was not working, and 2 different color cupboards... They took forever to come and assemble the cupboards everyday a different excuse. Now I called them last week because the cupboard broke and my TV fell and broke.. Guess what.. We will call you as soon as possible so we can have someone check it out.. Not sure when as soon as possible is in there books because I still have not heard a word from them, maybe if I don't pay my account I they will be quick to respond... How can you forget about after sales... Oh and it's been 3 months since I was promised a gift for the terrible service I received.. I still have not received anything.
