I bought a TV at Lewise Durban Russel street
I bought a TV at Lewise Durban Russel street. They always call me to ask me to come buy with more credit even thought I had opted out of all the marketing communication. Because when I relocated they failed to process a successful order and had to buy everything from scratch.So I decided to pay off the account in order to close it in 08/2024. They still call me to buy till this day, my account is still open and not closed ,called them and spoke to Sthembile who said will call back but didn’t. I am warning everyone to not open an account with this entity they do not care about their customers ,all they care about is making a sale and putting people into debt.

Can I have someone call me because i need the paid up letter and the account to be closed and also my money refunded. I just tried to call and was transferred with no answer. Carol is handling my case very well it just that she can call me but i cant get through to her because of these call transfer .
