I bought a double bed and mattress from Lewis Twin City Bloemfontein in December 2025 and both are faulty. The bed base is creaking loudly every time I turn and the mattress is too soft and makes noise so I cannot sleep properly at night. I have been complaining at Twin City branch from December 2025 until now September 2026 – 9 months – but they keep saying they will come and they never come. No technician has visited, no replacement offered. I am paying every month for a bed I cannot use. This is not fair and violates Consumer Protection Act section 55 and 56 right to good quality and safe goods. I request urgent inspection within 7 days and replacement of bed base and mattress at no extra cost and suspension of charges until fixed. Branch: Lewis Twin City Bloemfontein. Account is on file.
