I baught a goldair fan at lewis in wellington on the 28th of june 2021 on the 12th of june i went back to the store because the previous day the heater made our electricity trip and the one heat thing stopped working...not even two weeks old i went back i asked for my money bach they said no i had to bring it back within 7 days ...i paid 400 for this piecr of **** because i thaught i would get good quality in the store when you walk in there are 5 broken heaters standing that they still want to sell also they had the audacity to order me another heater knowing hoe problematic those heaters are...i phoned there client care explaining wht had happend the told me they would get back toe me in 3 days ...i was sick the whole of last week and waited for them to call but still nothing...i phoned yesterday again ...a week later they daid they would phone me back yesterday and still nothing ...400 rand doen the drain ...please people stay away from this stores goldair heaters and the service theg provide is just as ****py
