I app**** for a credit online and it was approved, I was directed to fo to the nearest branch and I went to Lewis Store on Russell street Durban. I did everything I selected the furniture went to cashier the told me the amount I qualify for and I sign the credit agreement and they swiped my card for debit order, I left the store expecting a call for my furniture to be delivered but the following day I was called they told me that my application was declined with little info. I was told I dont have to come to the store to cancel the debit order they will do it, but on my pay day R850 was deducted on my account I call the head office they told me that my account is active I must go back to the store to get more clarity, when I went back to the store they told they will refund me cash but the debit order was not canceled up until now and my account with them is still active and they will still debit again this month.
