I am trying to get my paid in full letter from Lewis but they are telling me 2 working days while o need the letter now as I am applying for credit and they need to confirm this account is settled so why must I wait this long my application is going to lapse I need this letter urgently

29 Jul 2025, 12:12No one had called me and my life is now on hold because of this. I called again this morning for them to tell me to check tomorrow but let my account be in arrears you send an army to my house. Apply the same urgency now
