I am not satisfied

Please note that I am writing this email to lay a complaint I purchased a bed and a set of kitchen appliances, at Lewis Soshanguve plaza 1 the service was not satisfying as the Manger/ Supervisor consultant was very rude but because I wanted to purchase the goods I carried on with the application, they forced me for a delivery even though I told them I had my own transport. In all that the communication between me and them was not professional okay I decided to let that slip, I did a Debi check so my instalment can be debited. My instalment was debited but I am getting several calls asking me when I am going to pay, I mean its only 10:30 the 29th and already I am being harassed about a payment that already went through. I am not happy about the service I am getting and I won’t tolerate this
