Horrific service

<p>Yesterday I went to Lewis Stores at 21 Aden Avenue Athlone. Elizabeth the sales consultant promised that they would deliver today as I explained that no one would be home tomorrow. At about 4pm today they called to say they could not deliver today and would deliver tomorrow. I told them as I said yesterday that no one would be home. I then spoke to the manager Mr Van Rooyen who was extremely sarcastic and insisted they would deliver tomorrow. After a heated conversation I kept saying that no one would be home tomorrow and that I rather want my money back.He said they dont have money.He then said he would deliver tonight. At 6pm they came to deliver and to my dismay what was delivered was completely different to what I ordered and also completely different to what the sales consultant said they would deliver.One of the sales consultants sent me pictures earlier today of what would be delivered. I have the chats to prove what they said they would deliver. When I sent the sales consultant pictures of what arrived she insisted it was the same. Which clearly by looking is different. I ordered a cream bedroom suite and a dark brown and silver one arrived. Never again will I deal with Lewis. They were quick to take my money as I was a cash buyer but when it came to delivering they did not keep to their end of the bargain. I am disgusted at the pathetic service I received.</p>
