Horrible service. *********** managers.

If I could rate this stores a negative I would. After numerous complaints to Upington Lewis about a bed that was bought from them the "Manager" simply does not answer her phone nor does she reply to messages sent/left for her attention. Absolute disgrace of a company. then again I can't complain about the service I received because there was no service. Lewis stores, you need to get a competent personnel in management positions.
