Horrible service by Store manager Zandile

My mother been to Lewis Vryheid asking for the refund because I had already bought the same merchandise , Store manager said they offline can’t give it her and she doesn’t even promise that she will get it today. I then called the store spoke to store manager by the name of Zandile she was so rude n disrespectful, I have never felt to humiliated as a customer. She was shouting at me telling me that there’s nothing she can do to assist my mother because they offline.

Lewis such a big company to have someone like that called manager but can not apply customer service Ethics, So pathetic!!! You’re need to train your staff because I will never bring business to Lewis Vryheid due to *********** manager ZANDILE .
