Horrible service

Horrible service and they don't care about customers, the branch and customer service platform. They sold me a second hand machine with no pipes, I contacted the store and the customer service without a response till this day. It's been more than 14 days. All they call about is when the debit order should go thru. I'm very disappointed and want them to come take this machine back.
