horrible horrible ********** service

I purchased a parckard bell laptop that was supposed to come with a printer, a camcoder, a memory stick and a micro SD adapter and ink cartridges. Upon delivery which happened at 8pm only a laptop and printer which was opened arrived when asking the then manager Elias he said we should come and fetch them in the morning. Timeless times we reported this to the store in roodeport only to be pushed from pillar to post.. after some time the printer (without catridges) stopped working. Until now we haven't heard anything from the shop despite timeless visits to the shop. Lewis is a bad bad service shop they only how to demand payments for incomplete services and products renders... I will never ever recommend it to anyone... I am therefore taking legal action for this unexplainably bad horrible shop
