Horrible Expirience

I'm very angry to a point of taking this matter even further i was referred by my friend then i received a call from Lewis Commissioner St Shop 5, Ricci's Place i was called by the Sales lady Andiswa she told me my credit was approved i need to visit the store when i got the the were Cash Back Special on the Furniture depending on the Furniture then i was told when i by the Kelvinator Fridge i will received a R1000 cash back the i requested for that Fridge i also bought two Beds then they approved then they advised that when receiving the delivery i need to come back to the store for a Cash Back Claim then i did exactly that when i went to the store i was told that the cash back was not authorized on my purchase and i was very angry because it means they selling ********** sales to the clients and funny enough i was deliver only one Bed when i asked they said i don't qualify for two then i asked if i can speak to the Manager then she told me she will fix this she doesn't have to cancel the purchase she will fix this i have been doing follow ups on the matter since my delivery on 19 January 2023 till to-date i also told the sales lady i have not even received my contract till today today i called the store to find out the out come now they telling me the manger is sick i was speaking to the acting Manger and they need to cancel the stock and repossess and they not sure if i will have credit again this is to bull **** and sh is telling me the cash back expires on the 24 that has nothing to do with me cause i bought the staff January already and im not sending anything back to the store because its a month latter i want my money my R1000 im also gonna involve my Attorneys and take this matter even more further because this is totally UN-acceptable the store only cares about their sales and im not the only client complaining about this i will also tell more people about this store they must not even take the referrals.
